Poles are increasingly willing to invest in luxury real estate abroad, as evidenced by new data published by market analysts. The record-breaking interest is in Spain, where Poles rank among the nations increasingly willing to invest in real estate.

The latest Knight Frank survey indicates that in the current economic situation, real estate is the best investment. There is also a growing interest in houses or flats in Spain, which can often be purchased for the price of a flat in Warsaw.

The momentum of property purchases in Spain and on the Costa del Sol has slowed slightly in recent months, but there is still huge interest in investments in flats and houses on the Iberian Peninsula.
