The latest Knight Frank survey indicates that in the current economic situation, real estate is the best investment. There is also a growing interest in houses or flats in Spain, which can often be purchased for the price of a flat in Warsaw.

The momentum of property purchases in Spain and on the Costa del Sol has slowed slightly in recent months, but there is still huge interest in investments in flats and houses on the Iberian Peninsula.

Poles are increasingly investing in property on Spain’s Costa del Sol, where the sun shines 320 days a year. Marbella, which is synonymous with prestige and luxury, attracts particular attention. No wonder that Polish celebrities are also buying flats and houses there, as Agnieszka Kostrzewa told Dzień Dobry TVN.
