Houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula are of increasing interest to Poles. It is enough to mention that only between January and March 2024, our compatriots purchased 800 properties in Spain. So how can such a transaction be carried out safely?

The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity once again played in Fuengirola, where another Finale was organised by the Agnes Inversiones team. After last year’s success, a record was set again this time, with the collection counter reaching PLN 225,439.08.

Poles’ interest in property in Spain is growing, as evidenced by the record figures for 2023. It is enough to mention that during the past year, our compatriots purchased as many as 3,118 properties on the Iberian Peninsula. Interestingly, the overwhelming majority of transactions were not financed with loans.

Summing up 2023, we can speak of a real boom in Spanish real estate, led by Poles. Our compatriots bought more than 3,100 houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula last year, more than in the record year of 2022.

In 2023, another record was set by Poles. In the whole of 2023, our compatriots bought as many as 3,118 properties in Spain, 142 more than in the previously record-breaking year of 2022. The latest figures from the Registradores de España show that Poles are now permanently among the top buyers of Spanish real estate.
