As many as 3101 properties in Spain were bought by Poles in 2024. This is almost as many as in the whole of 2023, so this year promises to be another record. In the third quarter of 2024 alone, our compatriots purchased 1296 houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula, placing us just behind the podium of foreign buyers – in fourth place, with a market share of 5.32%.
Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa – founder of Agnes Inversiones, the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, which this year celebrates 18 years of presence on the Spanish market – spoke to Anna Golasa of Puls Biznesu about the record results of Poles on the Spanish property market, discussing, among other things:
- when the Spanish market has the highest number of offers,
- Which houses and flats in Spain are most in demand,
- the development of the Polish community in the Iberian Peninsula.
