The results of the second quarter of 2024, more than 1,000 properties in Spain purchased by Poles, gave our compatriots a place in the top ten foreign buyers of houses and flats with the highest market share (4.63%) ever. The Costa del Sol is increasingly attracting Poles, who have once again confirmed their strong position in the Spanish property market.
