The Spanish coast is an increasingly popular holiday destination. Apart from the tourist attractions, Marbella offers more than just relaxation and ideal conditions for recharging your batteries. On the Costa del Sol, it is possible to combine business with pleasure, i.e. a holiday with language learning – also for young people and children.
Enforex Camps
One of the language schools offering summer language camps in Marbella is Enforex Camps. The company organises courses for different age groups, allowing you not only to acquire practical English and Spanish language skills. Participation in this type of camp also includes a wide range of sporting activities, round trips, animation and other recreational activities that are available in Marbella and on the Costa del Sol.
The Marbella summer camps are distinguished by a friendly, multicultural atmosphere that provides students with an excellent learning environment, an opportunity to forge new relationships and discover the richness of other cultures. Through joint activities and a variety of leisure activities, students have the opportunity to build close friendships, share new experiences and improve their language skills. Different language camps are organised every year in Marbella, which differ in location, age of participants and programme, among other things.
Marbella Centro
Organised in the heart of Marbella and exclusively for teenagers. It offers the opportunity for all-round development while being part of an international community. After the camp, students return home with an even greater awareness of multiculturalism and broadened horizons. The offer is aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 18. Approximately 40 per cent of foreign students and 60 per cent of Spanish students participate in the camps. This provides the opportunity to get to know Spanish culture better and to make new friends for years to come.
The camp is just a 15-minute walk from the Mediterranean coast and only a five-minute walk from the unique historic parts of the city. Its ideal location is tailor-made for participants to experience Andalusian culture up close, and also gives them the opportunity to learn Spanish around the clock. Facilities include a large swimming pool and access to multi-purpose sports fields and courts.
Marbella Centro runs from 30 June to 27 July, with a maximum of 180 pupils able to take part in a camp at any one time. Their daily safety is the responsibility of a qualified staff of camp educators, taking care of the participants around the clock. All students are accommodated in 3- and 4-bed rooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms.
Marbella Elviria
Ideal for the youngest participants. Participants can acquire knowledge and new skills through the use of modern and activating learning techniques and methods. At the same time, the children’s camp is a chance to meet friends from different cultures and the memories of participation will remain in the memory for a long time. The proposal is aimed at pupils from the age of 5. Its location on the outskirts of Marbella allows children to spend time on the beach – in a safe environment that is adapted to their educational and recreational needs.
The camp is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, with panoramic views of Marbella. The school campus is large and the facilities are modern, spacious and comfortable. The school is surrounded by gardens, in close proximity to the Mediterranean beaches. The camp has sports facilities: tennis courts, swimming pool, sports centre, football pitch, volleyball, athletics, basketball and handball.
The staff who look after the children have an ideal approach to the little ones and are highly experienced in working with them. In order to guarantee the most comfortable conditions for all pupils, accommodation is by age and gender. Participants live in rooms accommodating 4 to 6 (older pupils) and 6 to 12 (the youngest).
Marbella Elviria takes place from 30 June to 31 August. The complex guarantees as many as 200 places for students from all over the world, 40% of which go to international students and 60% to Spanish students. Participants are supervised 24 hours a day by a staff of educators.
The English International College
The youngest can learn English at The English International College, among others. This is the longest running summer school on the coast and will reopen its doors in July 2024, inviting children and young people aged three to 12.
