It has not been said for a long time that the property market in Spain is extremely stable. There is now no trace of the crisis of years ago, and in times of war in Ukraine, it is the Iberian Peninsula that has become a safe haven. We are not only talking about places to live, as more and more of our compatriots are choosing the Costa del Sol as their home, but also about houses and flats as investments.
– I really believe that Poland is a great country to invest and live in, but the proximity of the war in Ukraine makes many people think about geographic diversification of their assets. This is the key word that comes up in most conversations with investors and clients from Poland,” stressed Agnieszka Kostrzewa – founder of Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate office on the Costa del Sol. In an interview with CNN, she also spoke about:
- waves of interest in investing in flats and houses on the Iberian Peninsula in recent years and months,
- motivations for choosing property in Spain as a safe capital investment,
- changing attitudes among Poles, who are looking not only for a second home, but increasingly also for a destination, a new place to live.
