Poles’ interest in property in Spain is growing, as evidenced by the record figures for 2023. It is enough to mention that during the past year, our compatriots purchased as many as 3,118 properties on the Iberian Peninsula. Interestingly, the overwhelming majority of transactions were not financed with loans.
The figures for the whole of 2023 show that only 10 per cent of Polish customers used loans to purchase flats and houses in Spain. Thus, 90 per cent of transactions were financed with own funds. On Onet.pl, Agnieszka Kostrzewa – founder of Agnes Inversiones – also discussed:
