Architects have unveiled the premise of a new development project being built on the Spanish coast. The one-of-a-kind development involves the construction of a residential estate with a private club, spa area, fashion boutiques, restaurants and a dedicated sports facilities complex. Even more interesting is the information on who is behind the project.
Dolce & Gabbana bets on real estate
The development in Marbella marks the entry of fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana into the European property market. The project will be carried out in partnership with Sierra Blanca Estates and involves the creation of a residential development – consisting of 92 luxury villas and directly referencing the quality and lines of the Italian fashion brand.
In addition to residential functions, property owners in this location will be able to enjoy a range of amenities. A private club, spa area, boutiques or restaurants will be at their disposal. The residents of the development will be able to spend their afternoons in a private cinema, and a play area with exceptional views of the Mediterranean coast has been prepared for the youngest.
A unique development on the Costa del Sol
The estimated cost of purchasing one property is around €20 million. The estate planned for development by the Italian fashion brand will be called Design Hills Dolce & Gabbana Marbella. The villas to be built in Marbella will be located in five complexes – adjacent to lush gardens. Each will be equipped with an individual swimming pool and as many as five bedrooms.
Future owners need not worry about interior finishing, as the properties will be fully furnished with exclusive Dolce & Gabbana Casa creations. Each property will offer residents bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms overlooking the sea. Owners will have free use of massage and make-up rooms, rooftop terraces with swimming pools and solariums.
Luxury brands value Marbella
Internationally renowned studios were engaged to prepare the project: The One Atelier, Fresh Architectures (responsible for the facades of the houses), Storage Milano (responsible for the interior design). This unusual architectural venture is already underway. The investors’ goal is to complete the show premises as early as 2025.
Dolce & Gabbana, with its development project, is part of a trend that has been evident for a long time – the growing presence of luxury brands in Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Already today, visitors and residents of the region can buy products from top brands and world-renowned companies. Most of these are located in the beautiful Puerto Banús. Anyone who appreciates high-quality products can head to Avenida Ricardo Soriano in Marbella or Puerto Banus, among others. There they will find designer shops such as Gucci and Armani, among others.
