For many years, the Spanish property market has been successively attracting the attention of investors from all over the world, for whom it is an ideal way to invest their accumulated capital. There is a growing number of Poles among buyers of flats and houses.
The second quarter of 2023 was another period in which the participation of Poles in the Spanish property market increased. From April to June, our compatriots purchased 890 properties, and in the first half of 2023, about 1,500. – already around 1,500. The Spanish coast attracts, among other things, the sun shining more than 320 days a year and the prestige of regions such as the Costa del Sol.
Agnieszka Kostrzewa, who has managed Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol – for 17 years, presented the situation on the Spanish market in the pages of Puls Biznesu and discussed, among other things:
- the increasingly strong position of Poles among property buyers in Spain,
- Polish investors’ requirements for flats and houses,
- a change in preference for moving to Spain permanently.
