Poles are increasingly willing to invest in luxury real estate abroad, as evidenced by new data published by market analysts. The record-breaking interest is in Spain, where Poles rank among the nations increasingly willing to invest in real estate.
Real estate in Andalusia is currently the object of desire for many Polish investors, who consider houses and flats there as a safe form of investing their accumulated capital. The founder of Agnes Inversiones, Agnieszka Kostrzewa, gave Puls Biznesu a commentary on Poles’ investments in real estate abroad from the perspective of the past 2022.
