Spain’s Marbella is the equivalent of France’s Saint Tropez. Lying in Andalusia, the city is one of the most luxurious bathing resorts in Europe. Villas there include Antonio Banderas, born in Malaga, 58 kilometres away, and George Clooney.
Standing on one of the beaches in Marbella, I wondered if I should stay forever. Anyway, I am still being persuaded to do so by Agnes Marciniak – Kostrzewa, a Pole who started her adventure here 24 years ago.
