Spanish sunshine is heating up the property market [Interview].

Summing up 2023, we can speak of a real boom in Spanish real estate, led by Poles. Our compatriots bought more than 3,100 houses and flats on the Iberian Peninsula last year, more than in the record year of 2022.

With the growing interest in the Spanish property market on the part of Poles, the pattern of purchasing flats and houses is also changing. They are being purchased not only for holidays or as a capital investment, but also as a final residence. Our compatriots appreciate the Costa del Sol for its sunshine of more than 320 days a year, its beautiful beaches, its extensive infrastructure and its high level of educational and medical services.

Agnieszka Kostrzewa, founder of Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, discussed, among other things, in an interview with Anna Golasa of Puls Biznesu:

  • what are the reasons for the growing interest of Poles in property in Spain,
  • buying preferences of our compatriots on the Iberian Peninsula,
  • current prices of houses and flats in Spain,
  • possibilities of financing the purchase of Spanish real estate,
  • what to look out for when choosing an intermediary agency and whether you actually need one,
  • what to bear in mind when choosing your dream property.

We invite you to listen to and read the interview.
