For yet another year, Poles are regularly included among the ten most popular nations for buying houses and flats in Spain. Properties on the Costa del Sol, or the Coast of the Sun, are increasingly in demand.
In Q2 2023, our compatriots once again ranked 9th – with a share of 3.92 per cent of all transactions by foreigners – thus overtaking Swedes and Americans, among others. Investment is encouraged by the favourable economic situation in Spain, including cumulative inflation of 3 per cent.
Agnieszka Kostrzewa, founder of Agnes Inversiones – the largest, oldest and most recognisable Polish real estate agency on the Costa del Sol – discusses the record-breaking results in an interview with Marcin Dobrowolski of BIZNES24:
