LinkedIn experts have compiled a list of 25 specialisations and positions that will be in strong demand in Spain in 2023. For the purpose of this blog post, we cite the 10 most desirable jobs in Spain according to LinkedIn. Here they are:

  1. Sales specialist – is in charge of leading and coordinating the sales processes of a company’s products or services. He or she is responsible for acquiring customers, negotiating business terms, maintaining customer relations and implementing sales.
  2. Account manager – his or her job is to manage customer relationships and provide them with business solutions based on the company’s products and services. The account manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing them with appropriate solutions. His/her main task is to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the company’s sales targets.
  3. Cybersecurity analyst/engineer – is a specialist who identifies and resolves IT security issues. He or she is responsible for monitoring and analysing network traffic, detecting threats or securing IT systems against cyber-attacks.
  4. Thegrowth manager is responsible for business development strategy and growth. He or she is in charge of identifying and realising business growth opportunities, analysing data and monitoring performance, creating and implementing marketing activities and working with other departments to achieve set goals. The growth manager is responsible for increasing the value of the business and its growth through the effective use of available resources and opportunities.

Sustainability consultant – a professional who is dedicated to helping organisations achieve sustainability goals that ensure sustainable levels of prosperity – while being compatible with the needs and capabilities of the environment. At a time when the role of sustainability is becoming increasingly important and becoming a pillar of more companies’ strategies, this is undoubtedly a profession with great potential.
  2. Market Development Manager – is responsible for identifying and executing businessdevelopment opportunities in the market. He or she is involved in analysing the market and competition, developing growth strategies, working with sales to achieve set targets and innovating to gain competitive advantage. The Market Development Manager is responsible for enhancing the value of the business and growing it through the effective use of available resources and opportunities.
  3. Logistics expert – a specialist who deals with the planning, coordination and supervision of logistics processes in an organisation. His or her role is very important especially in larger companies, including retail chains.
  4. Customer Relationship Manager – is responsible for maintaining and developing positive customer relationships and providing high quality service. The importance of this position cannot be overstated in any company.
  5. Website reliability engineer – is responsible for ensuring that the website runs stably and is accessible to users at all times. Today, the website is the business card of every company, which is why the role of this profession is growing so strongly.
  6. Artificial intelligence engineer – a specialist involved in the design and development of systems based on artificial intelligence. This is undoubtedly one of the specialisations that will be the most sought-after on the job market in the coming years. An artificial intelligence engineer must have a solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics, machine learning and programming to be able to design and create effective AI systems.

As you can see, the 10 most in-demand specialisations range from classic positions – logistics expert, account manager or sales specialist – to new professions driven by technological developments – artificial intelligence engineer or sustainability consultant.
